岗位描述:

1. Minimum BS degree in engineering, or related discipline. 
2. Fluency in English language a must.

5. Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills a must.
6. Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
7. Must have a desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
8. Hands-on experience with 6-Sigma tools desirable.


Job Description:
1. Provide quality management leadership to ensure that the product and service provided by the organization is fit for purpose and meets both external and internal requirements, including legal compliance and customer expectations and coordinates the activities required to meet quality standards.
2. Monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system and produces data and report on performance, measuring against set indicators. 
3. Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA system is effectively deployed and functioning properly. Where appropriate, advises on changes and their implementation and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality. 
4. Ensures delivery against QA department goals and objectives, i.e. Meeting commitments and coordinating overall quality assurance schedule.
5. Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy and tactics for custom assembly automation equipments.
6. Directly supervises quality assurance team, including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career development activities.
7. Establish and maintain ISO-9000/BPPB Quality Management documentation and certifications.
8. Implements ongoing quality improvement processes by working with interdepartmental teams.
9. Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
10. Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvement of all teams.
11. Anticipates equipment acceptance problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
12. Assures the viability, functionality and effectiveness of essential quality measurement tools.
13. Provides effective communication regarding issues, objectives, initiatives and performance to plan.
14. Manages the planning and execution of equipment testing efforts, including all associated resources to meet committed delivery dates.
15. Responsible and accountable of flagging the timing of interdepartmental deliverables and the quality of their output.
