POSITIONOBJECTIVE

3.TherolewilltakeresponsibilityofRFDtargetinsouthandsouth-westChina.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES
1.ResponsiblefordevelopingaSouthandSouth-WestChinaRFDBusinessplan,withanemphasisonselectinggrowthopportunityregionsandindustries,thatalignswithChinaandGlobalRFDstrategicplan.
2.Identifyandtargetkeyapplicationsandaccountsforincreasedpenetrationinexistingbusiness.DevelopandexecuteRFDbusinessdevelopmentplansinvolvingindustry/marketgrowthopportunitiesandsaleschannelsintegratedwithChinamarketingplans.
3.WorkwithChinaSr.RFDBDMandRegionalSalesManagerstoreachtherelatedRFDtarget.
4.Conduct,Recommendand/orassistinthedevelopmentofindustryvaluetraining,RFDproductapplicationstrainingfortheappropriatesales,supportandcustomers.
5.SupportSouthandSouth-WestChinaRFDbigprojectpursuitonpresentation,solutionandcoordination.
6.Analyzeregionalindustryperformance/trends,keycustomers,competitionandprojectpursuitperformancetoenableevaluationandrecommendationsforimprovement.
7.CompleteotherjobassignedbybothChinaSr.RFDBDMandRegionalFlowSalesManagers.
