MAINRESPONSIBILITIES
1.Performtheserviceatcustomer\'ssiteeffectively.Prepareandsubmitfieldservicereportandtimesheetforcustomer\'sapproval.
2.Theservicescopeincludessystemtroubleshooting,upgrade,start-upcommissioning,maintenanceandapplicationdevelopment.
3.Performsmallsystemexpansion/upgradeprojectsprofessionally.
4.Supportcustomeronsitesystemoperation/maintenancetraining.
5.Responsetocustomer\'stechnicalqueriesorissues.Followupandclosethecalltimely.
6.EscalateunresolvedsystemissuesandcooperatewithGlobalServiceCentretofindoutthesolutionforsystemdiscrepancyandoutstandingdefects.
7.SupportIBSsalesteamforanytechnicalqueries.
8.HandletheFRSIproductswarranty/systemnoticeissuesandcommunicatewithcustomerstimely.
9.TracktheLatestsystemrevisionandnewsystemproductknowledgesharingwiththeteammembers.
10.Completeotherjobassignedbysupervisor/manager.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
1.Possessabachelor/Masterdegreeofindustrialautomation/Processcontrolengineering.
2.StrongtechnicalknowledgeofControlAutomationproducts,HavetheusagebackgroundofDeltaVsystemispreferable.
3.Minimum2yearsDCS/PLCengineering/serviceormaintenancebackground.
4.FluentinEnglishandMandarin(OralandWritten),Ie.CET6
