Description
-Responsibleforprovidingtothecustomereffectiveon-sitetechnicalsupportandliaisonintheoperationandmaintenanceofawiderangeofHoneywell\'sMechanicalproducts/equipment.
-Available24hoursadayasthecustomer\'ssinglepointofcontactensuresproductperformancewhileminimizingequipmentdowntimedrivingoptimumcustomersatisfaction.
-Facilitatesnecessaryandappropriateresourcesforthesuccessfulaccomplishmentofobjectives.
-Performsawiderangeofcomplexassignmentsandisresponsibleandaccountableformakingcomplex,independentdecisions,utilizinganin-depthcompany,customerandproductknowledge.
-Improvedcustomersatisfactionbygathering,understanding,actingandpositivelyinfluencingcustomermetrics
-Maintainstrong,positiverelationshipswithAerospaceBusinessUnits
-Responsiblefordrivingandinfluencingproductimprovements,ideagenerationandcreatingbusinessopportunities.
-Drivingforce/integralmemberofaccountteam

Qualifications
-BachelorsDegreeinAerospacetechnicaldisciplinepluseightyearsofdirectlyrelatedexperience,orinlieuofaformaleducation,twelveyearsofdirectlyrelatedexperience,whichyieldsanequivalentlevelofknowledgeandabilities.
-Computerliteracyamust.
-Mustbeanexcellentteamplayerandhasabilitytoleadtheteam.
-Tolerantofambiguity,adaptabletochange,and,asneeded,adaptabletoculturalchange
-Self-managing,Self-Motivated,Innovative,exercisesinitiative
-GoodwritingandspokenEnglish
