-Facilitatesnecessaryandappropriateresourcesforthesuccessfulaccomplishmentofobjectives.
-Performsawiderangeofcomplexassignmentsandisresponsibleandaccountableformakingcomplex,independentdecisions,utilizinganin-depthcompany,customerandproductknowledge.
-Improvedcustomersatisfactionbygathering,understanding,actingandpositivelyinfluencingcustomermetrics

Qualifications
-BachelorsDegreeinAerospacetechnicaldisciplinepluseightyearsofdirectlyrelatedexperience,orinlieuofaformaleducation,twelveyearsofdirectlyrelatedexperience,whichyieldsanequivalentlevelofknowledgeandabilities.
-Computerliteracyamust.
-Mustbeanexcellentteamplayerandhasabilitytoleadtheteam.
