Job Description:
1. Provide technical support to day-to-day product issues from engineering’s point of view
2. Develop manufacturing and testing for new product, participate in NPD and be responsible for the development of product manufacturing process, layout, SOP, assembly fixture/tooling, test system etc.
3. Work together with RD to ensure successful completion of all NPD deliverables from engineering’s perspective.
4. Work together with peers to drive continuous improvement
5. Provide peers with essential training about engineering knowledge
6. Other task assignments by management team
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or equivalent.
2. With more than 3 years similar experience in western company
3. Strong verbal and written English skills
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and good team-player
5. Lean and IE experience would be preferable ,experience in A3/8D would be desirable
