Proactive and self-dependent sourcing for both Festo production plants in China (GPC Shanghai and GPC Jinan)主动并独立地为费斯托中国生产工厂(上海生产中心和济南生产中心)整合资源Implement the localization of component for transfer projects执行转移项目的零件国产化进程Work on project purchasing of new product development until series production开展新产品零件的开发，直至项目进入量产Coordinate with involved commodity buyers in the process of new product development协调新产品开发过程中和产品采购工程师的零件开发工作Optimisation of existing supplier base in terms of cost reduction and performance improvement在降低成本和提高服务质量的基础上优化现有供应商RFQ and cost comparison as well as analysis询价、比价以及价格分析Negotiation and contract management谈判及合同管理Support and execution of supplier strategies支持和执行供应商策略Support in new product development 支持新产品开发过程Support in quality related topics such as technical discussions, parts release, etc.支持与质量相关的课题，例如技术讨论、物料释放等等Close cooperation with other Festo plants within Festo’s production and logistics network在费斯托生产和物流网络中，与其它工厂的紧密合作岗位要求：Scholarship: University degree (Bachelor)学历 大学 （学士）Major: Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration 专业 机械工程或者商务管理，Work Experience: At least 3 years work experience in mechanical engineering or in industrialengineering, preferred in project purchasing工作经验 至少3年在机械工程或工业工程的工作背景，具备项目采购经验者优先Skills / 技能:o Knowledge of purchasing processes, process competence as well as high quality awareness /具备采购流程知识，工艺技能以及敏锐的质量意识o Negotiation skills谈判技巧o Good skills for self-organisation and systematic work approach优秀的自我组织能力和系统性工作的方法o Experience in project management项目管理经验o Decision making capability决策能力o Willingness of frequent travelling愿意经常出差o Good communication skills优秀的交流技能o Good command of English, both speaking and writing优秀的英语口语和书写能力o Good Microsoft Office software skills能够熟练操作办公软件 o SAP knowledge is preferred具备SAP知识者优先
