Accountabilities:
Develops product marketing plans to drive growth, share and customer preference
- Product portfolio management
- Develop and gain alignment around annual marketing plan and initiative calendar
- Understand and use the key levers to drive customer preference and volume
- Develop implement new product launch program
Develops and execute product marketing programs
- Adapts global platforms product innovation to meet local customer and regulatory needs
- Develops national initiatives using Best Practice tools (e.g. templates for successful promotions)
- Ensures marketing programs meet the needs of major trade channels
- Forms strategic partnership program with external partners to enhance customer programs’ appeal
- Work with Marcom team industrial application support to ensure creative materials meet the high quality standards
Market Assessment and Continuous Improvement
- Market analysis including market trend, market size/market map, market share, price performance chart etc.
- Monitors competitor activity and growth opportunities
- Improves strategy and implementation to increase performance and competitiveness
