Job Description
？ Responsible for contact making according to company rules
？ Order input in Oracle system, goods tracking, delivery push and payment follow up
？ According to logistic rule, weekly monitor and update supplier schedule shipping date; shipment tracking; payment receiving; and logistic related report
？ Positive cooperate with logistic and sales department, make sure on time delivery
？ Place purchase order according to domestic and overseas supplier lead time and daily follow up
？ Collect rolling forecast to factory
？ Month end attend stock taking to make sure inventory data correct
？ Inventory control and slow mover management
？ Order report making and data analysis
？ Problem solving
？ Customer focus
？ Contract filing
？ Customer service
？ Complainment handling
Qualification:
？ College or university degree
？ Good English skill in both reading and writing.
？ Skilled in Microsoft office software.
？ Proactive.
？ Responsible.
？ Quick adaptation.
？ Team spirit.
？ Interpersonal skills.
？ More than 3 years related working experience in international company (Freshout acceptable for junior position)
