MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The job location will be in Singapore.
Factor 1: Product Group Management Accountability
Meet or exceed product line bookings and sales with revenues.
·Develops product marketing plans which follow agreed upon global strategic direction. As part of global marketing team member, participates in global strategy development to assure that AP needs are met.
·Maintain visibility to top AP projects for assigned product lines. Actively supports project pursuit strategy development & execution following strategic selling process.
·Manage price data of assigned product lines with limited coaching from direct supervisor.
·Prioritize world area market requirements, country specific opportunities, future product needs, and assure communication of these to global product marketing.
·Assure world area product promotional activity occurs to meet stated objectives and plans.
·Ensure the AP world area marketing and selling organizations are provided tools and material necessary to achieve knowledge competency for assigned product lines.
Work within AP marketing team to assure synergy in marketing messaging as well as leveraging of core RMT growth strategies.
Independently adapt RMT core WW marketing messaging and sales tools to fit the Asia Pacific market.
Ensure the AP world area marketing and selling organizations are provided tools and material necessary to achieve knowledge competency for assigned product lines.
In liaison with functions like Customer Care, Quality and Planning, ensure that product line is supported to a high level of competency, customer satisfaction and to drive accurate demand planning
Provide technical back-up as needed, should be capable of solving basic to skilled technical product and application issues
Provide product training for sales and marketing organizations across Asia Pacific.
Responsible for final review of product failure analysis reports sent to end customers to assure compliance to Rosemount business practices.
Factor 2: Country Product Group Growth Accountability
Define the market participation by country and establish goals for increasing participation for RMT based on 5-year Growth plans
Support execution of the specific Product Group yearly plan which embodies target project lists, plans for core market share growth, achievable plans for penetration of new technology, marketing and training plans. Successfully coach and delegate country resources to assure country plans are executed as agreed.
Work with the Applications & Training team to execute the country requirements for building competency, launching new products, and provide Sales tools to enhance consultative selling capabilities

Demonstrate honesty in all aspects of work within Emerson Process Management and our customers
Support development of future strategies and vision.

Assist in the development and delivery of the Asia Pacific Growth Planning Conference.
