Technical support on the development of the market for HOERBIGER valves to Chinese customers.
? Pro-actively update PM / Sales Manager on competitor moves relevant for "own" products
? Support PM / Sales Manager in identifying and analyzing new market segments, technology trends and customer industry needs
? Establishing technical communication between Hoerbiger and customers
? Support local sales for sales/activity planning
? Pro-actively find and understand new demands from customer and market, update to PM.
? Pro-actively promote new launched product to customer
? Presentation to customer
? Customer feedback (ensure feedback is collected in time)
? Projects assigned from PM
? Engineering solution for valves / NRV and create quotation for valves / NRV / Lubriquip / EV to local customer and HIA,HNZ,HTL,HKI,HSK, HSM,HSTA in region
? Correct understanding of customer’s request and ensure design in-put correctly
? Sales / customer trainings
? Technical support, trouble shooting
? Monitor product performance
? Visit customers/gather feedback/identify needs
? Creating technical documents (including technical proposal, agreement, etc.)
? Maintain and keep all documents (including customer compressor datasheet, purchasing order, etc.) during enquiry-quoting-order process and keep confidential if necessary
? Good communication with other dept. (including design, CS, production) to smooth the process
? Check and ensure clauses in contract reasonable and conform to Hoerbiger rules (including Embargo and Sanctions Regulations, warranty, etc.)
? Understanding and implementing Hoerbiger technical standard
? Support Sales with client communication (e.g., sample letters) and supply alternative solution
Requirements
? Academic degree in engineering or related subject
? 3 years engineering work experience
? Ability of reading and writing in English
? Good communication skill
? Familiar with working tools, SAP, ESM, Lotus, etc.
? Good at self-study, willing to change
? Willing to travel, up to 5% of the working time
