POSITION OBJECTIVE
·Drive Analytical Metering/Natural Gas GC business growth in China market
·Develop business growth strategies
·Lead DMC sales channel to achieve growth targets
·Lead the related business growth initiatives
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
·Manage Metering/Natural Gas GC business segment in China. Analyse market opportunities, develop strategic sales plan and insure they are carried out. Manage the pursuit of strategic projects; insure that the sales force is engaged.
·Provide business unit with market intelligence, direction and feedback relative to metering GC market.
·Develop and maintain supportive tools and collateral; insure the sales channel is equipped and trained.
·Provide regular detailed reports on business dynamics, commercial, financial and technical.
·Identify, Qualify and Lead in the pursuit of key metering GC projects
·Keep close working relationship with key DIs and EPCs.
·Lead the launch of new products in China
·Assist regional sales team with planning and execution of country advertising, marketing programs, customer seminars, training programs and industry specific seminars.
·Report directly to Analytical Business Manager
SCOPE
·Focus on metering GC products and the integrated solution of those products
·Area coverage is China, include Hong Kong and Macau
·Key / Major customers include CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC and Multi-National Company like BP, Shell, ExxonMobile, Conoco Phillips, etc,
JOB COMPETENCIES, AND COMPETENCY STANDARD NEEDED
·Self-motivation personality. Work under the pressure. Mature personality and innovative
·Degree in Engineering/Instrumentation/Automation as basic requirement. MBA or post graduate Business degree is preferred
·Sales background will be treat as value add
·Minimum 5 years experience in Chemical / Petrochemical or Instrumentation / Automation
·Superior managerial and analytical skills, strong business acumen
·Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
·Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a matrix environment
·Limited Supervision, need self motivated to achieve the goal
·Basic competency required. Understand engineering matters easily.
·Depth of experience needed to identify, qualify and pursue business opportunity.
·Interaction with customers peers managers, etc. Co-ordination and negotiation skills need to close major project
·Established relationships for facilitating the pursuit process.
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

·Language skill: Fluent spoken and written English is preferred.
