JOB TITLE: Sales Engineer (FBC)
1. GENERAL SUMMARY:
a. Drive Fluke FBC and Raysafe business in Northern Regions.
b. Balance the long term strategy with immediate opportunities in keen-competition markets
2. PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Beat and exceed sales objectives by coordinating with marketing, channel and other partners.
b. Formulate, develop and execute short and medium-term sales plans in order to achieve strategic goals.
c. Develop new customers and generate qualified leads and funnel to support long term business growth.
d. Covert funnel opportunities into qualified booking orders thru value selling.
e. Provide support to Finance as needed, such as shipment schedule and past due.
f. Train channel partners and customers on product application.

a. Work independently.
b. Operate in work situations of highly complexity.
c. Errors in judgment or failure to get results can affect both short- and long-range sales.
d. Need both strategic and tactical thinkings.
4. SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
a. Good knowledge of industry, products, and applications.
b. Ability to work with assigned sales team and be able to demonstrate leadership.
c. Must be highly self motivated and possess good sales skills.
5. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
a. BSEE or comparable technical degree with at least 5 years’ sales experience in medical segments
b. Aggressive, result-oriented, creative, good team player
c. Successful track record on sales and sales management
d. Major account management skill-set
e. Channel sales and marketing skill-set
f. Strong ethical mind-set and integrity.
g. Able to work independently and alison to cross-region teams.
h. Able to think outside the box.
i. Willing to travel.
